The best thing I like about the Critical River is its management; easy to access. Good in nature, helpful, and motivates us at work. The incentives we are getting now are worse. Previously, it was OK. The dollar margin we are making is high. Usually, we get incentives based on the dollar margin. I request that the HR team check with other staffing companies to see how they are paying incentives and, if possible, please fix.
