I have no compensation package. My benefit of purchasing crocs at a discount was taken away from me by my mgr. She said I was purchasing too much crocs. Accused me of buying for other people. I bought Crocs for my family, they'd send me money to make those purchases. But some were for gifts for bday

The annual bonus is generous and makes me feel appreciated. Healthcare has been a pain point for many Americans and crocs does take care of those benefits.

Knowing the standing value of my store i believe no one should be getting paid under 15$ an hour. We have been called for crazy hours to perform new and sometimes unfair tasks becaude of what has been asked from the company and there is no let up. If that is the case we deserve more as PEOPLE.

When promoted I was promised certain pay for a certain amount of time, when time came for them to actually pay said amount that was promised, it was turned around that it was never the case that way and it was ‘your fault for not asking a corporate member if it was true
