Respect for T&E. We are the backbone of this company and the most disrespected. foote claims we are overpaid as to why we can afford to take nights, weekends and holidays off. Not the case at all. We have lives outside of the comapny. Family events to attend. We are on call 24/7. Life is ruined

Since Harrison took over (even after his death) morale is down. Everyone is stressed out about their jobs. Teams are getting cut left and right and families are falling apart. Someone needs to change management!
