Treating employees and customers better

Less concern with shareholders and more concern with the people that make the trains move, the locomotives work, and the cars get inspected.

Long overdue for pay increase

Escort off the property the CEO and his minions.

Talk to their team believe in them and their work! Communicate properly. Speak to their employees in a professional manager even during stressful times. Hold it together so their team will know hope too with through the stress.

They simply need to be replaced. There is no way to correct this management team. They made money selling off assets and furloughing. Now, the company is set to fail due to the lack of assets and personal.

The executive team could improve by the entire team resigning and hand the company over to real railroaders with common sense.

The "leadership team" does not have any leaders. They need to leave and allow railroaders with common sense to run the company.
