People truly celebrate and support each other. Ex: In an early morning meeting someone "just barely couldn't even" and had their camera pointed to the ceiling. They occasionally would thumbs up or wave at it to respond. Everyone celebrated that honesty rather than shaming it as unprofessional

I know you asked for one, but I'm giving 2: They really have my back if I'm out of the office for a bit and continue to improve how I've been pushing us to. They truly value the employees. By value I mean monetarily. Small new shareholder buy-in? A cut of the profits went to the team. I had an extra 55k bonus from this. Most companies a handful of people at the top make out while everyone else toils away. You don't just feel valued here. You are valued.
