Generally, I love it here. It's fun being a part of a fast-growing company with a great mission. Pay is good. People are awesome. No company is perfect, but I am really happy with where we are at and where we are going.

My main goal in joining a pre-IPO company was/is the massive equity opportunity. I have been very pleased with my pay and especially with the equity awards.

I think DataRobot is advanced in it's diversity and inclusion initiatives which I really like. My favorite part is the significance and importance of the mission. Our culture is really centered on doing good and making our customers successful.

Our executive team has a really good balance of pushing the company to be successful, changing the world by helping our customers, and still actually caring for us as employees. I feel like our programs for diversity and inclusion are also uniquely wonderful!

I am constantly shocked by how impressive the talent here is. We've got former intelligence agents, folks that have been deployed in war zones, Harvard professors who speak to Congress, data scientists that have literally saved lives and prevented forest fires. It's crazy!
