Quality of leisure facilities at DT Cheltenham. Been a leisure member a long time. Use wet side only. Always something broken. Showers often cold, broken. Shower door broken, recent painting already flaking, pool cold, overall cleanliness poor. Can’t help your hotel satisfaction scores for guest
