Recently, we were introduced to Life Insurance that is entirely paid by the employer. I have never experienced this benefit anywhere else and honestly, in my opinion, this is far more important than some others.

Our health coverage is poor, gets worse every year, and costs us more. Our raises are often frozen in lieu of a bonus which is much greater benefit to the executives. There is constant fear off irrational layoffs and downsizing every time the stock market struggles for a month or two.

CCR operator has much more responsibility than outside operators with the same pay and they removed the pension which is causing a lot of experienced employees to leave and go to jobs with pension

I work at dupont thru a contracting company, the contracting company offer us a unaffordable health insurance, we deserve better for all the hard work that we performs at such a grate company.
