Here, we are medium sized company and I find that to be one of the best models. I've been in 1000+ employees plants where I hardly knew people I worked with. I've been in small family businesses where it was too hectic to work. Medium size allows me to get to know people while maintaining good pace.

The answer is still accountability for your bad apples. Stop holding everyone accountable for your bad apples and just get the terrible employees better or replace them. Otherwise, veterans like me, with 15-20 yrs experience will continue to test the waters elsewhere. It just hurts the company

bureaucracy is rampant at DuPont, it takes for ever to get a decision on even the smallest of things. Way too many people who do little to no work while others are overloaded.

Incentives not food... We spend more time at work than at home with the rotating hours from work which causes tension from home and work.. 12 hour shifts would be more durable for family and work...

We try to stay positive, but you take away our retirement, don't give us a raise, want to force us left and right and cut benefits and raise deductibles! How freaking positive can I be!
