I cannot personally rate our CEO, Mainly due to the fact that I have no clue what his standards are or how he would personally run the terminal I am at.!! I would love to see more of our are higher-ups at fedex visit and ask daily workers how to make it better.!!

Listening, I myself and Mary other handle this freight daily/nightly and I've had some good ideas, I've spoke up about them and nothing. I litterly do my personal best to pack our trailers, and properly secure our freight, just to be questioned often about my actions and told I need to move more
