i had a health scare and was unable to drive for about 6 months. Management could have fired me but they did not. They worked with me until I was able to work again. I will never forget this and FedEx will always have my loyality

Wall member of leadership I let my team members outside of being just a regular team member they treat you very horribly they do not care if you are disabled or not they will continue to work you and throw you under the bus leadership cares about one thing and one thing only themselves.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Making sure employees are working at least 3 days a week. Stop raising prices and pricing Fedex right out of bussiness. Employees moral is at a all time low. Freight is getting damaged. Company is not taking care of the employees, so employees don't care about the customers or company.

To care more about getting the customers there freight in a timely matter undamaged. Instead of just clearing the floor in there area.

Respecting people's basic human rights, following policy, holding managers accountable for uncouth behaviour, promote an environment that isn't counterproductive to employee professional growth. Imagine working at a company for 15 years as the receptionist with no chance for upward mobility.

Talk to each other more

Listening, I myself and Mary other handle this freight daily/nightly and I've had some good ideas, I've spoke up about them and nothing. I litterly do my personal best to pack our trailers, and properly secure our freight, just to be questioned often about my actions and told I need to move more

Communcation and leadership our equipment is broken and instead of renting or fixing it they just ignore it and tell us we are the problem and should be glad working overtime everyday. Logic had been thrown out of this whole team making excuses and changing rules to fit them.

Working smarter to achieve desired outcomes

Respect, fairness in applying policies, stop abusing their power and causing division amongst employees.
