They are all feminists beside the one female we have on our team that is a sup. The new OM has had two incounters instead of doing the right thing he humiliated both females

Generally we all understand we are there to make our living and that what things make it harder and easier. So lift drivers know what annoys another and will refrain while also knowing what might be useful and so occasionally acts on such an opportunity

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The senior drivers could take a couple days a week off to allow the newer drivers the opportunity to work a couple of days. Also the drivers at retirement age should retire, enjoy life before they die. Stop being greedy.
Start a Union to fight for fairness

The young guys need to pull their weight
coworkers are very dry and cold shoulder. I have never felt this way in my work history. I think if they were more friendly and approachable thing might be better and more productive environment. I been working there but I have not feel welcome as part of the company yet.
