What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The senior drivers could take a couple days a week off to allow the newer drivers the opportunity to work a couple of days. Also the drivers at retirement age should retire, enjoy life before they die. Stop being greedy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making sure employees are working at least 3 days a week. Stop raising prices and pricing Fedex right out of bussiness. Employees moral is at a all time low. Freight is getting damaged. Company is not taking care of the employees, so employees don't care about the customers or company.
