- What would you improve about your company's interview process?When interviewing, notes should be taken. Also, AI should not be the determiner of pay.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The senior drivers could take a couple days a week off to allow the newer drivers the opportunity to work a couple of days. Also the drivers at retirement age should retire, enjoy life before they die. Stop being greedy.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making sure employees are working at least 3 days a week. Stop raising prices and pricing Fedex right out of bussiness. Employees moral is at a all time low. Freight is getting damaged. Company is not taking care of the employees, so employees don't care about the customers or company.
