Making sure employees are working at least 3 days a week. Stop raising prices and pricing Fedex right out of bussiness. Employees moral is at a all time low. Freight is getting damaged. Company is not taking care of the employees, so employees don't care about the customers or company.
To care more about getting the customers there freight in a timely matter undamaged. Instead of just clearing the floor in there area.

A raise thats above the inflation rate
Truthfully I don't know. But I'm used to ppl at fedex not being honest woth me or giving me wrong information
Higher pay or better advancement opportunities
For the amount of work we do and for the amount of time they push us extremely hard I believe that we should be paid better other companies right now because of this pandemic are getting paid a heck of a lot more better
Companies within the same industry are paying far above what FedEx pays. My workload is far to much for what I get paid.
The senior drivers could take a couple days a week off to allow the newer drivers the opportunity to work a couple of days. Also the drivers at retirement age should retire, enjoy life before they die. Stop being greedy.

Change the attitude of management to include instead thinking they are better that anybody else .
More emphasis put on work environment at peak operating times,...dont do computer updates inthe middle of the night,try inconveincing yourself... say 10:00 am and let the people who actually make money for the company do their jobs
I believe it starts with the service center manager and then down to the supervisors they need to communicate with us to let us know exactly what's going on they do not especially at Florence South Carolina
Pay us the same wage as all the FedEx hubs that surround us
When interviewing, notes should be taken. Also, AI should not be the determiner of pay.
Dont make people wait an hour because they didn't prepare for the hiring event
Customer service listen to your people on the street
Some people are not obeying the code of conduct
