It has changed over the years, but aside from being overly concerned with being PC (I think that is how all companys are now), people feel they will be heard when they have concerns.

Change the attitude of management to include instead thinking they are better that anybody else .

More emphasis put on work environment at peak operating times,...dont do computer updates inthe middle of the night,try inconveincing yourself... say 10:00 am and let the people who actually make money for the company do their jobs

I believe it starts with the service center manager and then down to the supervisors they need to communicate with us to let us know exactly what's going on they do not especially at Florence South Carolina

Pay us the same wage as all the FedEx hubs that surround us

Leadership that will fix the problems and not just point the finget

The adult games need to quit we're supposed to be working not playing

Managers need to care more and stop the favoritism
