What does the leadership team need to get better at?
part time employees deserve paid vacation at least a week.Supervisors need to do better at making sure outbound loads are secured and loaded properly causing less damages and saving money

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Part time Raises should be more comparable to full time employees Last 2 raises part time got .26 full time got 1.10.......... could have .46 / .90 would have been more fair

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all feminists beside the one female we have on our team that is a sup. The new OM has had two incounters instead of doing the right thing he humiliated both females
