It's a little above the average, although I do feel like customer support can be paid a couple dollars more to help with competition. This is a great company but many would leave to go to a higher paying job to provide for their families and to live with more comfort if provided and reasonable.

I am the lowest paid employee in my department. I see constantly that we are hiring people in at very good rates and that we pay well, but if you've been here a while in a department that doesn't give a lot of promotions or raises, you don't get paid equitably.

Too much specialized work that hasn't scaled with compensation. No transparency in stock options and how to acquire more. Other departments and leadership positions have scaled compensation while others haven't. People hear about big employee wins, but stagnation isn't addressed.

I am constantly doubling my responsibilities to get no raises or promotions. I know I get paid the same as some employees who don't have as many responsibilities as I do. I am always fighting for a promotion, and never get the chance to be heard on the promotion
