Fetch Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great health benefits, flexible PTO, unbeatable parental leave benefits, educational reimbursement, and the HeyTaco staff engagement benefit keeps people feeling engaged and appreciated for even small wins.

Review from Operations Dept

That they offer unlimited PTO (within reason)

Review from Customer Success Dept

The decision to roll bonus pay into base salary is very generous and alleviates a lot of anxiety and other sources of concern.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I really appreciate the 401k match and investment options.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The rate and medical benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Unlimited PTO Emphases on work/life balance

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would have to say the unlimited PTO.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My manager makes sure I am compensated at a rate that makes me happy and excited.

Review from Engineering Dept

The salary is very competitive

Review from Engineering Dept

Top of market pay, working on awesome products

Review from IT Dept

Unlimited PTO and Pet Insurance

Review from Customer Support Dept

That you guys took the initiative to pay a higher amount than what I had asked for and not tried to low ball me.

Review from Engineering Dept

Evaluated regularly, not just yearly.

Review from Product Dept

It's a little above the average, although I do feel like customer support can be paid a couple dollars more to help with competition. This is a great company but many would leave to go to a higher paying job to provide for their families and to live with more comfort if provided and reasonable.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Tacos, medical care, retirement and products.

Review from Operations Dept

I think competitive pay and aggressive promotions will continue to keep me happy here.

Review from Engineering Dept

I'm paid fairly for the work that I do and the experience that I have.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part of my compensation package are the option grants amd bonuses.

Working for Fetch is amazing compensation! They are able to create a very good work life balance. It also feels like every employee matters which is hard to do with a lot of company settings, especially with working from home.

Base Package is good. We should provide stocks and shares options too

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I keep hearing that there are starting wages for my position that are higher than my current wage.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Really missing bonus opportunities and celebrating when individuals go above and beyond.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel like my location isn't taken into account, and that there are pay gaps between me and my colleagues in the same position. With how expensive housing costs are, I wish geographic location was taken more into consideration when evaluating pay.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Below market on compensation and equity, all across the board.

Review from HR Dept

Compensation with skillset as well as benefits are not the best with Medical, Dental and Vision

Review from HR Dept

More responsibilities in department and individual role. More company funding. Same pay.

Review from Operations Dept

Friends and family are being promoted over dedicated employees who have put in the work and delivered the results over the past several years.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would feel better if there were opportunities to grow.

Review from HR Dept

I have been paid the same amount for almost a year now but in the last year I have tripled my responsibilities. In addition I was promised quarterly raises and havent received one

Review from Operations Dept

All the changes are depreciating the position we held before they were made. Only concerned about the new people who hold the position and not the ones who make the position possible before.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I should have a higher salary and opportunity to invest in the company.

Review from Marketing Dept

I am the lowest paid employee in my department. I see constantly that we are hiring people in at very good rates and that we pay well, but if you've been here a while in a department that doesn't give a lot of promotions or raises, you don't get paid equitably.

Review from HR Dept

Too much specialized work that hasn't scaled with compensation. No transparency in stock options and how to acquire more. Other departments and leadership positions have scaled compensation while others haven't. People hear about big employee wins, but stagnation isn't addressed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

How my compensation was determined seemed very opaque. When I look at comparable roles on sites like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, or Levels.fyi, the reported salaries range from much less to much more than my current compensation.

Review from Engineering Dept

I am constantly doubling my responsibilities to get no raises or promotions. I know I get paid the same as some employees who don't have as many responsibilities as I do. I am always fighting for a promotion, and never get the chance to be heard on the promotion

Review from Operations Dept

I am doing so much extra work, getting no compensation or promotions because of it. I know there are talks in the background about myself being an example, but it is just talk, and nothing is happening.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have seen my pay compared to average for similar roles and believe I want that t be reflected

Review from Marketing Dept

I took a pay cut from my last company thinking I would work fewer hours. That is not the case.

Review from Operations Dept

I hear about new prospects being considered for higher roles than some high performing employees who have been at Fetch for a long time. Some might feel like they're put on the backburner as new, shiny prospects are considered for roles and high compensation.

Review from Business Development Dept

I know for a fact that I am paid less than my male counterpart who has less experience. If this company is serious about correcting the salary gender imbalance, simply take the necessary steps to adjust compensation.
