Time and again the company has gone to great lengths to try and support individuals going through challenges in their personal life ranging from house fires, to emotional distress, to physical challenges, to gender and sexuality change, and many other things. The support goes above and beyond.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make it more inclusive and listen to everyone. People are very observant and can see how different departments have varying cultures. The t-shirts and gifts are truly thoughtful gestures, but it's not a solution for when people feel burnt out or excluded. Leadership needs to foster employees.
