Cross-training needs an over-haul. The rewards agents for the guardians merge are not prepared to answer many SAM questions and seem unprepared. This is frustrating as many tickets need to be reopened or fixed and user's seem frustrated by some responses.

I get along very well with those in my team, however on a larger scale, folks from different departments don't take the time to find out what it is that I do, which causes them to talk down to me and undermine my job by going around me constantly.
