Bonus' on the original First Data side have decreased year after year to a point where a new employee comes into the job at higher bonus and salary than a 30 year employee

Comparing my total comp as well as the perks to the market at a fair and reasonable comparison I am at least 30 % below. I love my job and the company so I am not considering leaving but really it hurts a little when looking outside in terms of responsibility and tangible value brought(ACV,OI, Rev)

Variable portion of total compensation should be paid the year it is earned and not over the next three years. RSUs can be in addition for better performance (if applicable) but can't convert compensation to "to be paid over time"

It'd be better off if Fiserv ever gave proper promotions and raises. In my time here, I've gotten approximately 5% pay increase with about 1% per year at best.

Hard work isn't rewarded. Built an entire department back up from a single worker. Still didn't receive a promotion or pay raise to reflect the work done. Instead it was a year and a half before a promotion materialized and the pay bump was not comparable to the work put in

Work life balance does not matter at all now. 401 match and stock purchase discounts are gone. Leadership does not fill roles of people who have left and expect remaining teammates to double their workload.
