Very few coworkers will not help you. Coworkers from other business units are always looking to "pass the buck". Again, the cancer starts with management.

Way to busy due to many people wearing multiple hats; more layoffs as of 6/1/20 which means existing staff will be even busier / paying less attention to detail and even more mistakes.

Meetings are just to pass on the message of the higher management, never a feedback or suggestion is taken from the one's who actually will be following the process.
