Change communication and flexibility are areas where Fiserv seems to be lagging behind. There has been a lot of change in the organization and we often hear of fairly major change by chance. The fixation with office/location-based work is also not befitting a tech innovator.

New leader Frank Bisignano is already a nightmare. Manages by dictate. Zero empowerment. Only he can make any decision. Can't even backfill a position already in the budget when someone leaves. No communication. Looks and feels like a Venture Capital buyout.

Current CIO needs to trust his team more and stop micromanaging. Also stop walking away from people as they are speaking, expecting them to follow you - very humiliating. So much more I could add - not a person you want to work for very long (much turnover).
