Change communication and flexibility are areas where Fiserv seems to be lagging behind. There has been a lot of change in the organization and we often hear of fairly major change by chance. The fixation with office/location-based work is also not befitting a tech innovator.

Adjusting to current changes in the job market (e.g. work from home) and pay their employees more instead of investing in a ton of benefits that no one really uses. Better 401k matching. More focus on reducing technical debt.

Poor leadership-(1) everyone wants to be a boss but no one wants to actually work. (2) managers are more concerned with their image and career than with their team and their clients. Siloed, lack of camaraderie, too many lawyers, too many managers. All a failure of senior/executive leadership.

I started working there 2 month ago and got email that I'm fired with no explanation or reason supervisor just took my badge couldn't tell me or what I did wrong they let me go confused and overreacting keep on thinking on what could've I did wrong to got laid off I got nothing .just sad

New leader Frank Bisignano is already a nightmare. Manages by dictate. Zero empowerment. Only he can make any decision. Can't even backfill a position already in the budget when someone leaves. No communication. Looks and feels like a Venture Capital buyout.

Current CIO needs to trust his team more and stop micromanaging. Also stop walking away from people as they are speaking, expecting them to follow you - very humiliating. So much more I could add - not a person you want to work for very long (much turnover).

EVERYTHING ! Stop managing by intimidation, include the people whom actually do the work in what the overall objective, and most of all....HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FAMILIES, QUIT PLACING EVERYONE ON 7 DAY WORK WEEKS FOR ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF TIME (Holidays)
