Low quality of life is the main issue, plus a plethora of related problems such as greed, lying, and circumvention of instructor responsibility.

Overall, it has been pleasurable. As with any company, there are people who work - and work more than others - and those who simply get a check. Again...that is changing. While some business units are still bleeding money with poor employees and standards, ours is thriving.
