They really listen this new team has done a complete 180 from the old one going to centers listening to us one on one
Leadership is changing...finally. While many Teammates have been "separated" they have started at the top and worked down. A LOT of dead-weight and "dinosaurs" have been let go. Finally, FlightSafety might...just MIGHT...be able to rise from the dead and start taking over as leader once more.
Everyone is very friendly and down to earth.
Train to a standard, inspire, allow instructors to teach, have fun and be at their best
Review from Operations Dept
They just need to leave. Period. Can't think of ONE of them that is actually qualified to be in the position that they're in. They must know where the bodies are hid, because that's the only logical reason.
Communication and motivating employees. Scheduling is very poor.
Support the vision , support the paying customer , generally more ethical behavior
DO THE RIGHT THING AND TAKE CARE OF EMPLOYEES
Im paid a competitive wage for my field almost top of market and I have exponential room for growth and raises
Benefits, as always, are a rising cost to both employer and employee. Our benefits are well-structured and our out of pocket expenses are somewhat high, but they would be so anywhere else.
There is nothing good about this compensation package when the company is this unethical.
We have really good healthcare and 10 vacation days every year
401k match is lowest in the industry
Decent schedule with time off and better pay.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to inform employees about their salary grade and position within that grade. Also grade their internal job opportunities so employees know if applying would be a promotion, lateral or downward move salary wise. Pay a bonus! Allow members of the frozen pension scheme to take a lump sum.
Pay would be adequate if hours regulated. Reasonable pay for first 3-4 years but top out at that point.
Reduce the unpaid overtime. Provide lunch breaks. Instructors typically work 9-hour days without a single lunch break.
Some teams work well together. Others are just there to do minimal and stay under the radar.
We work well together mostly. A few people are obviously there because the manager liked them as they have no talent to speak of, but they're unimportant overall. Those of us who actually know what we're doing do it well and work together, steering away from the talentless ones.
nothing about my program, but some other programs look good.
Review from Operations Dept
Most instructors care about safety.
High level knowledge and skills. Experienced in job. Excellent resources for each other.
More interaction with a view to standardization and monthly senior manger meetings.
WORK AND PUT EGOS ON THE SIDE
They need to stop lying all the time.
It's a team even from start to finish
Support staff, sales and front desk people are amazing
Review from Operations Dept
My dedicated coworkers and customers are the most positive thing about this company.
Some good colleagues and good customers.
Creative license and allowance to try new things to create innovative and engaging content for our clients.
Its simply doshonest and greedy , recently started hiring cheeper labor yet unqualified
More communication and concern for the working staff.
Review from Operations Dept
Provide a culture that embraces and empowers the employees. Better pay !
Build a realistic schedule. Set limits on customer demands for training slots. Management needs to learn how to manage.
better pay, thank your employees, better moral in support of everyone who works hard to make the center money
Received a customized tour and met some employees.
They didn't ask me random questions they got to know me first and asked me about my experience not just can you do this or that
short and simple, but management staff constantly changes.
Review from Operations Dept
It was a discussion not a cannned set of questions
ROUND TABLE WHERE EVERYONE INTERACTED IN PROCESS
Actually make it fit the role you're being interviewed for. Generic, off the shelf questions do NOTHING to determine the qualities and capabilities of those being interviewed.
interview was straight forward, professional and easy
Review from Operations Dept
be honest. Explain the exact position and what it entails
Stop lying all the time to people.
The culture and place of work i love it here
Leaving the building to go home at night.
Having a variety of challenges and responsibilities. There is never a lack of things to do.
I love doing what I do, but I could do that anywhere. My career is fun and I enjoy being able to create and develop new content and deliverables while not being tied to outdated standards and technology.
Being able to come in early and not have to worry about my job being physically demanding
better instructor training, support, and adherence to syllabus
Review from Operations Dept
Clients are provided some of the poorest materials ever developed. Chock full of errors, looks like an 8 year old developed most of it, and they are pushed in and out of the seat, just to get the next batch in.
TOO MUCH TALK AND LACK OF DELIVERY
better training and do better with keeping your employees... its hard to keep getting a new scheduler each time you call and have to reiterate all the information again.
Again, stop assigning high workloads to diligent people, while allowing the lazy to do nothing. Excessively high workloads cause even the careful people to make mistakes.
Review from Operations Dept
Work from home and little need to go into the office.
Compensation that actually is driven by performance and not years of service or who you know.
