
Some teams work well together. Others are just there to do minimal and stay under the radar.
We work well together mostly. A few people are obviously there because the manager liked them as they have no talent to speak of, but they're unimportant overall. Those of us who actually know what we're doing do it well and work together, steering away from the talentless ones.

Most instructors care about safety.
High level knowledge and skills. Experienced in job. Excellent resources for each other.
willingness to work and get the job done despite how we are treated and what we get paid.
Some colleagues are great, but all the good ones suffer from overwork and ridiculously unfair assignments. Some "instructors" coast while others have to come in extra early and leave extra late. There's a very high turnover due to poor management.
Some of the colleagues are great to work with and have a huge amount of knowledge and insights to share.
