It's a team even from start to finish
We work well together mostly. A few people are obviously there because the manager liked them as they have no talent to speak of, but they're unimportant overall. Those of us who actually know what we're doing do it well and work together, steering away from the talentless ones.
I am retired, the company has gone downhill is recent years.
