The job itself is the best thing about being here. Some of my fellow co-workers are also a joy to be around. Everything else is horrible, and getting worse every minute. My boss? Not even qualified, no education, and certainly nowhere near being a professional, no matter what she claims.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually make it fit the role you're being interviewed for. Generic, off the shelf questions do NOTHING to determine the qualities and capabilities of those being interviewed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They just need to leave. Period. Can't think of ONE of them that is actually qualified to be in the position that they're in. They must know where the bodies are hid, because that's the only logical reason.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clients are provided some of the poorest materials ever developed. Chock full of errors, looks like an 8 year old developed most of it, and they are pushed in and out of the seat, just to get the next batch in.
