During session we often work overtime, nearly double a normal shift, but we are compensated for it. We can choose to earn time and a half for pay or extra comp days.

I'm a long term contractor, so I don't expect benefits. However, I've gotten fair raises commensurate with performance.

Paid below market rate, bonsuses may as well not exist, an unwillingness to promote in certain areas due to the expense. A lack of any thoughtful process lots of talk about being invested in DEI with no focus from leadership.
