What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful in their feedback, proactively trying to improve and better the company, they are focused on getting the job done and there is zero hierarchy nonsense, if you own something no matter how JR you are - you're part of the conversation directly.
Many individuals working together, high compromise and values all input.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our salary, benefits and flex PTO.
During session we often work overtime, nearly double a normal shift, but we are compensated for it. We can choose to earn time and a half for pay or extra comp days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid below market rate, bonsuses may as well not exist, an unwillingness to promote in certain areas due to the expense. A lack of any thoughtful process lots of talk about being invested in DEI with no focus from leadership.

I am the only person with my position in my department and am more valuable than others deem me to be.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have lots of meetings to connect and check-in, and there are always some action items or key takeaways.
We get along well and are not just coworkers, but friends.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are incredibly supportive of one another. We have several active ERGs, and we are remote. Our personal lives are priority.
Everyone is accepting of other people's ideas for the most part.

People are relaxed but know how to get the job done. You can regularly hear conversations, laughter, jokes in any meeting or part of the office you're in. It's clear that people enjoy working at GA and working with each other.

It was conducted by both my manager and my direct supervisor, so I was able to know who I would be working with right away.

Culture was clearly a big part of working for GA and each person who I interviewed with clearly tried to assess me against the GA values.

The people! I started a few weeks ago and people have been great at explaining how things work, what they like, what they think should change and transparency is a real focus and not a buzz word. There's no political-ness to navigate, leadership aligns and work together to reach the company goals.
