What makes you most happy at work?I feel incredibly valued. Also, my colleagues, my students, and the flexibility I have working for this organization are excellent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We are incredibly supportive of one another. We have several active ERGs, and we are remote. Our personal lives are priority.
What are some of the best things about your team?We have lots of meetings to connect and check-in, and there are always some action items or key takeaways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Paid below market rate, bonsuses may as well not exist, an unwillingness to promote in certain areas due to the expense.
