How's the work pace at General Assembly?
Pretty good - the PMs and tech lead do a pretty good job insulating us from requirements changing at the last minute or crazy deadlines. It feels steady, but not slow.

I'm challenged to think about and implement new architecture all the time - my personal development is important to me and to my manager.

Pretty happy - I also love that I can work remote at any time.
