The people! I started a few weeks ago and people have been great at explaining how things work, what they like, what they think should change and transparency is a real focus and not a buzz word. There's no political-ness to navigate, leadership aligns and work together to reach the company goals.
Collaborating with kind, thoughtful folks to help people change their lives and realize their dreams. It's extraordinary.
