What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our salary, benefits and flex PTO.

During session we often work overtime, nearly double a normal shift, but we are compensated for it. We can choose to earn time and a half for pay or extra comp days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Paid below market rate, bonsuses may as well not exist, an unwillingness to promote in certain areas due to the expense. A lack of any thoughtful process lots of talk about being invested in DEI with no focus from leadership.

Yes I do feel that way. Lots of politics

I am the only person with my position in my department and am more valuable than others deem me to be.
