Easy access and quick response time. Having worked for other companies in the industry, you typically had to wait to hear back from leadership. Genesis10 is great because if you need approvals/help, they are available almost immediately.

Higher end salary for the industry and the commission structure is not tapered in a way that you see in other companies just trying to make money as opposed to making money plus taking care of their employees.

Knowing that myself and my team can control how much money we make every day. I drive the process, I drive the qualification of roles, and my recruiting team drives the candidate identification. Together we can control our income.

We really believe there are no dumb questions and we're all willing to help and train new hires to get them up to speed. This industry is extremely fast and filled with pot holes so helping them get up to speed only grows and strengthens our team.
