Need to focus more on communication, accurate information, it seems information goes into a black hole with no responses.

Focus on retaining good employees. Good recruiters and sales people leave due to things that could easily be mitigated with a little bit of due diligence.

The base salary is below national standard along with the commission structure. Commission structure is broken down to 3 areas and do not accumulate, which makes you fall into a lower commission bracket.

A lot of people have left the company with a lot of new hires. Not familiar with the new folks in the office and why is there so many people leaving the company.

We all seem to support each others and use strengths to complement each other

As we work from home and some of the team are widely dispersed, it is more difficult to create "culture and environment" but I think the management team do a good job and we do get together socially several times a year.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve benefits and allow opportunities for growth and compensation increases. For instance, it is virtually impossible for a recruiter to reach President's Club and sales makes a considerable amount more in commission. We are also often expected to put in off hour work without seeing results.

The work is always challenging and different

I get to help people turn their lives around sometimes. Much of the time you are just moving a contractor from one position to another similar position. But occasionally you get to make a real impact on someone's life. You never know when that opportunity will come along.
