Communication whether it be of changes to SOP or accounts, communication is not streamlined or consistent

Being more involved with Sales, it starts there. Our Sales Reps are paper pushers that have zero relationships with our clients; they work off of emails that come from a VMS account and pass the responsibilities to and Admin to submit. This is what I have observed in my office, at least.

Maintaining communication with employees and establishing clear guidelines is crucial. Moreover, paying market rate salary is imperative to retain staff. You will be losing good employees soon.

Nothing that I can think of right now.

Figuring out how to give better benefits to their employees. There is no matching 401k and we pay the full premium for our health care plans. That is over $1000 a month and that delivers a pretty large hit to our salaries.
