What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is the best part of my compensation package. I believe I am paid less at this company than I am worth in the market, and the benefits at this company are not as good as at large corporations, but I like the "small company feel" of this consulting firm.

This company is built on the foundation of training and placing people in new careers in the IT field. Due to this, the entire culture is very uplifting and supportive throughout the entire process, and coworkers are all in the same unique boat as you.
