The pace in which the offer was rolled out and the onboarding and hiring. It all ended in less than a month. Which is very rare especially when the pandemic makes it difficult to organize the whole process.

Taking responsibility for the mistakes and improving on the shortfalls. Especially the ones in the leadership roles need to understand the concept and values of integrity and respect. Unbiased treatment sometimes makes it difficult to take decision which are more strategic to business.

Too early to decide. As of now the only thing that can be confirmed is there is scope for improvement pertaining to streamlining and efficiency in processes which is noticed by the Leadership and they are taking actions to fix them. Which is a good sign.
