They are not train to provide support or management on every day situation

they have to take 3 chats to feel the same way we feel every day

She would need to be more human and have a better understanding that we all don't learn the same way or as fast as others.

The manager doesn't seem to care about the mental health of the employees. Honestly, she is one of the unreachable people of this company. I had better experiences from people of human resources and other administrative departments than with her. She only talks about doing more and more.

WORKING 45 hours a week for 3100 pesos (if you take all of your bonus) is not really worth it

the base salary is quite low, so your paycheck is good as long as you get the your metrics however there's no much assitance on your team leads so achive that goal

There is no annual evaluation or salary race and all bonuses are always deducted for any reason and vacations are not paid or not given

they never train only emails and messages. They do not give time for training , company expects to do training on your day off. The deduct the bonus for not following process in which employee was not train. Always tell customer that is employee fault of not following process

take in concideration work from home agents we get the job done and it feels you just give us the left overs

lack of knowledge and consistency amount managers and supervisors on company affairs

change management. change supervison. implement an effective training program and also provide the tools to make the job, Free trials on internet are not tools to the the job

Again, planning, they hire the minimum of agents for a campaign and since the training is not good enough everyone quits.
