What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they need to have more interactions and coachings with the agents

They are not train to provide support or management on every day situation

they have to take 3 chats to feel the same way we feel every day

She would need to be more human and have a better understanding that we all don't learn the same way or as fast as others.

The manager doesn't seem to care about the mental health of the employees. Honestly, she is one of the unreachable people of this company. I had better experiences from people of human resources and other administrative departments than with her. She only talks about doing more and more.

planning in a way that agents are not getting back to back calls all day every day, supervisors & QA have to take normal calls everyday.
