I thnik the management is quite lacking I don't if its only on my LOB (MINT) or GGA in general, however I haven't had a good experience in Mint since I arrived and I mayquite sonner than Ithought

my team have been really helpfull assisting me reaching my goals and doubts on the product

not much, there were missing informtion on how you really work, in terms os schedueles, other companies are more clear on it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the base salary is quite low, so your paycheck is good as long as you get the your metrics however there's no much assitance on your team leads so achive that goal
