Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are always getting reason for remove bonuses or compensations. Also payroll errors are always to reduce compensation

Well, I feel we get paid a salary too low for what it's really worth. I like the company it's very comforting and reliable. But we could get better pay or maybe some restaurant vouchers. I think it should be considered due to the type of calls we are taking they are very high-stress truth-speaking.

Tbey need to be respecfull specially supervisors toward employees. They always uses their powered position to diminish employees or blame then of low results
