Allstate is cannibalizing its agent team, forcing agents to retire or give up their books, reducing commissions with promises of increased advertising which should lead to more sales, but it never materializes.

Allstate is gutting itself. They have fired all educators, and reduced staff to a bare minimum while continuing to increase their rates. Their technology is innovative but extremely buggy. I HATE using their new interface, AdvisorPro. It takes 3x as long to do a quote as it used to.
