Address employer errors or mistakes immediately. don't allow the problem to continue and watch the cameras for years to then be able to turn around and sue employees for unnecessary money if management allows employees to get away with things deal with management or get better leadership.

Hire more people or pay your associates more. Understaffing is a major issue. If one person calling out makes or breaks the day, thats obviously an issue. Stop overlooking it. The main store manager is pretty rude and makes employees that have children feel like they have to choose to work F/T or have family time. He is very harsh in his choice of words as well.
