Nothing the worst managers I've worked with my whole 17 years with the company

I have a couple ppl that i know i can count on, that i know i can talk to.

We only have one person on our team that is a trouble maker a d everyone else works well togetger

We work together 99% of the time. We make the best of what we have but we know we deserve more from the company. The amount of people who have said "i dont get oaid enough for that" is astounding.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work ethics, habits, following direction, realizing the front end is not Romper Room

To be nice to others. To balanced everything out so no one is being left behind.

Their attitudes and no we cannot work together

My coworkers need to feel that they are valued employees

Stay in their area and do their job help as it's needed all over the deli. Stop leaving for 3 hours coming back clocking out.

A better management team or consistent management

Make them responsible for their job! Tell them to get off their cellphone!

Hire more. We're exhausted from working 13 hour days

Co-workers are fine. Management is terrible.

The Managers need to stop Lying

Respect esch other and team work

They sit idly by and allow poor service to continue. They show zero grit for when it gets tough. They will not give their all they just go through the motions.

I have won my own office in Real Estate

Getting more staff and increasing wages

They need to understand that their way to do something is not the best and other people can get to the same goal by taking a different path.

My coworkers are allowed to do nothing at work and speak to management and other coworkers rudely and yet see no disciplinary action. Management needs to stop ignoring this and other problems they don't want to deal with.

Everything in general. The worst coworkers I've ever had anyplace. You truly get what you pay for here. HR has no clue what goes on at store level.

Stop being what you are not and take responsibility, stop lying to get over on other people, stop having fabletism in certain people, watch how certain people talk to other people. And more.
