Caring, helpful, helps associates advance. Perfesional.
Pretty much all of them have been with the company for many years and know the answers to my questions and concerns. There is true empathy from the leadership in dealing with personal and professional life.
They do strive to inspire

I don't know the leadership team other than how some members from corporate took time to personally introduce themselves to me - after seeing an overnight improvement in my department(s) I got hired for.

Treat everyone fairly with hours and shifts stop saying one thing doing another. I saw employee steal showed him a pic he told the employee I told him not much management there.
There was a leader in this store now we have a MANAGER!!! Leaders lead their team not cut them off at the knees!!

The main store manager is pretty rude and makes employees that have children feel like they have to choose to work F/T or have family time. He is very harsh in his choice of words as well.
They discuss employee discussions/write up 3) reasons for being fored to everyone. There is no confidentiality and when communication needs to be made they do. Ot communicate
Hire more people or pay your associates more. Understaffing is a major issue. If one person calling out makes or breaks the day, thats obviously an issue. Stop overlooking it. I work hard every day, and call out only when necessary. I deserve to be compensated for my good work. I help out all around
