Quite a diverse store. The managers are easy to approach and you're not looked down at for being just an employee.

Stop the nepotism. People should be promoted based off of experience, not because theyre some managers kid. The person with 20 years experience in the industry knows more than the newly graduated college student.

Better compensation in totality given the hours we work are peak hours during the afternoon evening and holidays. Their should be incentive to working a schedule that changes weekly.
People who have been there a long time are negative, toxic and jaded. They are rude to other coworkers In the department.
Managers need to stop coddling and rewarding employees who make work difficult for employees who are actually working. Managers need to let employees know they actually do watch the cameras to see who is working and who is not. Managers need to get rid of employees with a history of causing problems
A lot needs to be done. i want to quit but my managers keep telling me to stay because they dont have enough employees. due to covid, and the negative work environment

I come from a much high working level and usually work for huge companies but I've never seen such a disfunction trainwreck, truly blows my mind. Seriously, I have no idea how it actually is able to function.
Change how certain people interact with others.
Employees deserve respect from management. Department managers are usually great, store manager and upper management treat people awful. Needs to be better and equal pay. Employees are some of the best people I know.
Everything freakin thing needs too
Hire more people make the pay more transparent one tech made $20 while i only got $14.75
