When I get work to do and can feel valued, part of the team, and productive. Most of the time I feel underutilized. My leader doesn't seem to communicate or respond to me much.

Teams don't really work cohesively. Each project seems to have competing priorities. Planning, and communication of those plans, needs to be improved. I'd recommend utilizing focus groups so teams that are directly impacted by new initiatives have input before rollouts. They don't feel heard.

We are not being listened to, we are not being invovled with decisions, everything that is coming down from leadership isn't properly communicated and all it feels like is "THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW AND YOU"RE GOING TO DEAL WITH IT"

Mgmt makes us feel like peons. Any valid concerns or pain points are never really resolved causing redundant work. We are infantilized even though we are all working towards the same goal and are all adults. Lack of follow through or not getting all the info before presenting a change is frustrating

Management is poor at communication and standardization. Each shift does things different than the other. Management does not care about the front line leadership. They seem to hire from WalMart and Amazon ONLY. There is NO INTERNAL PROMOTION!!!!!

This is a very broad question that I do not have the perfect answer for. What I do know is that our leadership should not refer to us as a "family". We care for and respect one another, but we are colleagues. Expecting 100% productivity is never going happen. Demonstrate more empathy and listen.

My department is new and support has stalled quite often. Little support from my manager to introduce me to people / point me in the right direction. Other managers in my team have put walls up and caused delays in the same manner. Advising direct contact isn't needed and to go through them.

In my 14 years of working, I have never felt as disempowered by my VP and as unsupported by HR as I do at HelloFresh. It feels like there is no outlet to express your true feelings or concerns, and it is better not to share your opinions or recommendations

Company culture within the leadership in administration. May want to complete an audit on employee payrate. Possibly completeing an employee survey on their experiences or concerns with their local administration.

Food quality isnt as of high standards like it should be and the families of workers appreciate discounts but hate the way their loved onew are trated
